ug89 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to government-issued ID (KTP - Kartu Tanda Penduduk), proof of address, proof of payment method ownership (bank statements showing account holder name for BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, or screenshots of e-wallet registration for OVO, DANA, GoPay), and selfie verification. Failure to provide requested documentation within 30 days may result in Account suspension and Withdrawal restrictions.
We reserve the right to suspend or close your Account at any time, with or without cause, including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspicious activity, detection of fraud or money laundering, failure to complete KYC verification, use of prohibited betting strategies, or extended Account inactivity. Upon closure, any remaining balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to you after deducting any applicable fees or amounts owed to ug89.
ug89 accepts deposits via Indonesian bank transfers (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Permata) and e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja). Minimum deposit is Rp 50,000. Maximum deposit limits are displayed in your Account dashboard and may vary by payment method and VIP tier.
Deposits are typically credited to your Account instantly upon confirmation from your financial institution. Processing times may vary during banking holidays, weekends (outside standard banking hours), or periods of high transaction volume. ug89 is not responsible for delays caused by your bank or payment provider.
You may request Withdrawals to the same Indonesian bank account or e-wallet used for deposits. Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and anti-money-laundering checks. Minimum withdrawal is Rp 100,000. Standard processing time is within 24 hours, though most Withdrawals are completed within minutes. VIP members enjoy priority processing.
Before requesting a Withdrawal, you must complete wagering requirements on deposited funds. A minimum 1x rollover requirement applies to all deposits (you must place bets totaling at least the deposited amount before withdrawal). ug89 does not charge fees for deposits or Withdrawals. However, your bank or payment provider may impose their own transaction fees. Currency conversion fees may apply if you deposit in a currency other than Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).

If informal resolution is unsuccessful, you agree to attempt mediation before pursuing litigation. Any formal legal proceedings must be initiated within one (1) year of the dispute's occurrence.
